ViralReel - Why are special characters not being rendered?

ViralReel App does not support the rendering of special characters, so it is advised to avoid special characters while putting in texts. The rendering server and associated application doesn't consider them as special characters but considers it as programming syntax and hence skips it finding that irrelevant to compile & run.
