ScriptReel - Why my video doesn't generate much subtitle/caption?

ScriptReel uses Artificial Intelligence and uses Google and Amazon APIs to create transcription and translation. The A.I. will scan the audio of the video and will transcribe it for us. It is highly recommended that you use a video with audible sound, as the A.I. may not exactly recognize the audio, thus will not generate much caption/subtitle.
