SharpSocial- What if I already upgraded and decided I want to upgrade again, do I need to pay twice?

No. If you first purchased the SharpSocial Ace (1st level upgrade) and then decided to upgrade again, let’s say SharpSocial Platinum (2nd level upgrade), we will be more than happy to refund you with the difference in price. First, please purchase the Platinum upgrade, send us a ticket through the support desk at, include the purchase details of the two upgrades, and give us 2-3 business days to process the refund for the difference.
