SharpSocial- I want to cancel my monthly subscription.

Please send us a ticket through the support desk. In the ticket, please include your most recent purchase details and your PayPal email address, and we'll confirm within 24-48 hours about the cancellation of your subscription. 

All requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the next charging date. Example: If you have purchased the product on June 28, 2019, a request should be sent to us on July 26, 2019, at least. We are not able to refund if the charge has been successfully processed already.
