VirtualReel - Unable to play VR and 360-degree videos

The default media player (QuickTime player) on the Mac does not support Virtual Reality and 360-degree videos, so you will need a third-party player. We recommend using VLC player or the Ricoh Theta Mac App. Both of them support simple drag and drop to load the Virtual Reality and 360 video file, and supports mouse drag to look around.

On Windows 10, a media player program named Movies & TV supports Virtual Reality and 360 video files. For other Windows versions, we recommend using VLC player.
